What is Fearless?add
Fearless is an AI anxiety coach that gives you one small, science-backed challenge every day. It breaks overwhelming goals into micro-actions small enough to keep your anxiety manageable.
Is this therapy?add
No. Fearless is a self-guided exposure tool, not a replacement for licensed mental health care. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a professional or crisis line.
What can I use it for?add
Dating and relationships, public speaking, social anxiety, career confidence, and creative blocks. It works anywhere avoidance is keeping you stuck.
How is this different from other apps?add
A lot of anxiety apps focus on mood tracking or encouragement, which can help you understand your fear without changing what you do. Fearless is built around action: one specific step each day, sized to where you are right now.
Is my data private?add
Yes. Your conversations and progress stay yours. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
How much does Fearless cost?add
Fearless is free to download and comes with a 7-day free trial. After that, it's $6.99/month or $49.99/year.
Is there a free trial?add
Yes. You get 7 days of full access, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
What is the refund policy?add
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not Fearless.

What happens if I miss a day?add
Not much. Fearless builds a grace window into your streak, so one missed day won't erase your progress. You can pick back up the next day where you left off.
Can I delete my account and data?add
Yes. You can do it anytime in the app by going to Settings and choosing Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data.
When is Android coming?add
Join the Android waitlist on this page and we'll email you the moment it's live. We expect to launch the Android app in the fall of 2026.
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude for this?add
You could ask ChatGPT about your fear of public speaking and get a solid answer. The hard part is what happens after you close the tab. Fearless gives you a specific action for today based on what you've already done, and it's waiting with the next one tomorrow. It remembers where you left off, raises the difficulty as you build tolerance, and tracks your progress so you can see the pattern over weeks. With a general chatbot, you'd have to build all of that structure yourself.
